Scott Heinrich — Owner & Lead Inspector
Scott Heinrich is a Colorado native and the owner of Skyline Property Services. He is an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector (CPI), ICC Residential Combination Inspector, and IAC2 Certified Mold Inspector with experience performing more than 1,500 inspections throughout the Denver metro area. Scott focuses on practical, straightforward inspections without the runaround. His goal is to provide clear communication, honest reporting, and fast turnaround times while helping property owners stay compliant and informed
